VISA APPLICATION TO CHINA

All foreigners must obtain an entry visa before proceeding to China. Exhibitors are strongly recommended to process the application two months before departure from the country of origin.

The organizing committee of China Xiamen International Handicraft Fair provides the visa Invitations for exhibitors and trade visitors free of charge. We will coordinate and forward the information of the application to the Chinese authorities for issuing the Invitation Letter, which will be ready within 5 days and presented to your company by fax or E-mail.

ATTENTION

• Only the Visa Invitations during the fair period can be provided;
• Passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China;
• The first page (the page with your photo) of your passport is necessary, please scan it and attach it to info@handicraftfair.cn;
• Attendees from IRAN, PAKISTAN, Bangladesh, should also provide the scan of the business license;
• To require an original official VISA letter, please provide your account number of DHL/TNT/FedEx to us at info@handicraftfair.cn.
